Refund & Return Policy

At Artsea Designs, all of my pieces are handmade with care. Because of this, I do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, I understand that shipping issues can occur, and I am happy to assist in certain situations.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office in case the package was misdelivered.
  2. Contact me at ArtseaDesigns444@gmail.com with your order number and details about the issue.
  3. I will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and determine the best resolution for you.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

I will review the case and work with you to find a suitable solution.
